Produced in the popular combined card and fob format which incorporates a traditional card along with a key-fob which is detached to be used separately on a key ring. The design uses CMYK print with gloss lamination and the card and fob function via a unique barcode which is surface printed using VISA approved DoD technology.

The Matas Club card has been silk screen printed with a metallic silver flood coat on both sides, with lithographic 4 colour process over the top and a distinctive and unusual blue magnetic stripe to the reverse. Meticulous attention to detail was given to ensure the colours matched the card carrier which are die cut to shape with apertures to expose the unique barcodes which are DoD printed on the reverse of the card before attaching.
